I mean, you really can't complain about much when this player only costs $40... I've got it holding about 750 songs right now and its about maxed out, which is actually pretty good considering the price is so low. The earpieces it came with don't sound good at all, but luckily I had an extra pair of my own. It's not quite as user friendly as an actual iPod but it just takes al ittle getting used to.

My only REAL complaint is that there is no shuffle song function on it, which I kind of wish I would've known ahead of time. So in order to listen to your songs, it has to go right down the line in abc order of the song, which is not good for me when Im working out. BUT, as I said, pretty much worth it for the cheap price
The navigation control are ridiculous, its to hard to navigate from music to radio. It seems one has to turn off the mp3 player to select the radio if you are already running music. The photo quality is very bad if you upload pictures on this mp3 player, Giving 2 star for music.

I bought this from Electronic Express through Amazon. The item was defective upon arrival. I called EE for a refund. They refused because I did not have the original packaging, and told me to call Coby. I called Coby and they said their policy is NO REFUNDS, only exchanges. I don't want an exchange. I needed a MP3 right away to listen to some bar review lectures so I bought a Samsung which works perfectly, and I bought it at a local Target in case there is some problem. Since Coby does not stand behind its products, I strongly urge you to skip this purchase and buy one from a reputable manufacturer. I filed a claim with Amazon's A-to-Z manufacture program. Let's see if I get my refund.
